Fundamentals of Backward Course Design
In this course, you will learn a systematic procedure for developing courses in which student learning and effort align with the learning outcomes you desire.
This course has been developed with Eric Metzler from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, USA, and it includes short videos, activities and discussion prompts. When completed you will:
- Articulate student learning outcomes (SLOs) in measurable language.
- Design assessments that align with your SLOs.
- Organise your lessons so that students will actively participate and ultimately succeed on their assessments and in your course.
