Robert Eaton is a professor of religious education and a learning and teaching fellow at Brigham Young University (BYU)-Idaho, USA. He co-authored Improving Learning and Mental Health in the College Classroom, along with BYU-Idaho colleagues Steven Hunsaker, a professor in the Department of Languages and International Studies, and Bonnie Moon, a professor in the Mathematics Department. Rob is the lead teacher of a semester-long course all new faculty members take, and for four years he was BYU-Idaho’s associate academic vice president for learning and teaching. He also served for four years as the associate academic vice president for Pathway and online learning, overseeing the online program that has become BYU-Pathway. Rob is a graduate of Stanford Law School and worked as a corporate attorney and executive in Seattle for 10 years, before pursuing his passion of teaching. He is the author or co-author of numerous religious books, including I Will Lead You Along: The Life of Henry B. Eyring.
