She has authored peer review academic journal articles, news articles, and blogs about teaching, learning, and quality. During the pandemic her short online teaching tips were read globally by a community of 15,000 and endorsed as best practice by colleges, schools, and organisations. Dawn’s latest publication include ‘Unbundling the approach to teaching in online Australian higher education’ in Management in Education, 2021.
