This course is led by Chris Hakala and C. Edward Watson with contributions from James M. Lang and Todd D. Zakrajsek. In this course, CTL Directors talk to Chris and Edward about positioning their centers within the institutions, setting budgets for short-term and long-term objectives, and maximising the impact of their budget. Directors also explore the importance of drawing on external advice and expertise and how to demonstrate the value of their centers in their annual reports.
