Sarah Silverman is an Instructional Designer at the Hub for Teaching and Learning Resources at University of Michigan-Dearborn. Her areas of interest include STEM teaching and learning, Universal Design for Learning and accessibility, and Disability Studies. Sarah earned her PhD in Entomology at UC Davis, and has worked in teaching and learning programs at UC Davis and UW Madison. Her forthcoming book, Classroom Mindscapes: An Introduction to Neurodiversity for Educators is available for pre-order. It is part of the Teaching, Engaging, and Thriving in Higher Ed series at the University of Oklahoma Press.
