Designing Engaging Workshops on Miro

Event Details

Miro is a great online application that helps to develop a collaborative environment for students to brainstorm or co-create solutions in a synchronous online webinar. Miro can also be used as a tool to facilitate conversation, motivate and engage students to participate in in-class reflections or discussions and as an aid to creating more interactive activities for your online class.

In this Show and Share webinar, Karen Luu will walk you through the steps to designing your Miro activity as well as provide a few examples of different tried and tested Miro activities. Karen is an experienced facilitator in the face-to-face (F2F), online, and hybrid environments with experience of facilitating in higher education, business consulting, coaching, mental health and the alcohol and drugs industries. Karen is currently a facilitator at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University and an online facilitator for Curio, Australia.
