Project-Based Learning: An Overview
The course provides a description and general guidance for adopting project-based learning. This high impact practice uses student-centered, experiential teaching to deeply engage students.
This course has been developed with Kristin Wobbe, Director of the Center for Project-Based Learning at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), USA and it includes short videos, activities, and discussion prompts. When completed you will:
- Identify the benefits of adopting project-based learning (PBL).
- Determine key considerations when adopting PBL.
- Design strategies for adopting project-based learning in your own course settings.
