Developing a Student Partner Programme at Your Institution
This course explores the value of working in partnership with students to enhance their higher education experience and shares ideas of how to develop a student-staff partnership programme at your institution to enhance educational practices.
This course has been developed with Karen Arm, Senior Lecturer in Learning and Teaching at Southampton Solent University, UK. It includes short videos, discussion prompts, and suggested practical activities to try. We recommend working through the lessons in order. At the end of each lesson, you will find a “Mark Complete” button at the bottom of the page. Once you have worked through all the lessons and marked them as complete, you will receive a course completion badge.
By the end of the course, you will be able to:

- Explain the benefits of student-staff partnerships in higher education
- Implement student-staff partnerships in your own institutional context
