Creating Universally Designed Assessments
This course is about creating assessment strategies underpinned by the principles and practices of Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
This course has been developed with Kevin Merry from De Montfort University, England, and it includes short videos, activities, and discussion prompts. When completed you will be able to:
- Define the key characteristics of universally designed assessments.
- Evaluate the extent to which your current assessments reflect UDL.
- Create assessments according to sound UDL principles and practices.
