Topics include aligning your center with institutional needs, garnering support from stakeholders, and fostering collaborations. CTL directors also discuss defining their roles, and the skills, aptitudes, and mindset they have found were most needed to get results.
This course is led by Chris Hakala and C. Edward Watson with contributions from James M. Lang and Todd D. Zakrajsek. It is part of a series on Pathway to Success: Getting Started as a Leader of Teaching and Learning Development.
