Sara D. Miller is the Librarian for Interdisciplinary Teaching and Learning Initiatives at Michigan State University. She earned her Master of Library Science from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. Sara has published and presented internationally on reflective practice in teaching, learning, spirituality, faculty development, and critical information literacy. Her work has been published in the Journal of Academic Librarianship as well as the books Libraries Promoting Reflective Dialogue in a Time of Political Polarization and Rewired: Research-Writing Partnerships in a Framework State of Mind, both from the Association for College and Research Libraries (ACRL). Sara has been a member of the ACRL Framework Advisory Board and the Student Learning and Information Literacy Committee and is a co-author of ACRL’s Roles and Strengths of Teaching Librarians.
