
Kelley Cranford
Kelley Cranford is a professor and educator developer at Mohawk College, Canada with more than two decades of experience in higher education, faculty development, and student success. Grounded in a background in child and youth care, Kelley brings a relational, learner-centered approach to teaching, curriculum development, and professional learning. Her work focuses on intercultural competency, equity, diversity and inclusion, global learning, and supporting educators in creating inclusive and accountable learning environments. As a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), she facilitates individual and team development to strengthen intercultural capacity across educational settings. Kelley has led international learning experiences in countries including India, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Peru, Ecuador, and Greece, and regularly presents at national and international conferences. She holds a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on equity, gender, and diversity studies, and is passionate about fostering meaningful, transformative learning experiences for students and educators alike.
