Heather Wright, PhD (aka @heatherwrightly) is an adventurer, writer, researcher, and lover of human stories. She was born in Michigan, though her people are from Alabama. Heather is the assistant director of assessment and experiential learning at the Center for Teaching and Learning at the University of Texas-Austin, USA where she consults with fellow educators on experiential learning and dreams about radically re-visioning assessment. She serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Experiential Education, is a co-editor of ‘Community-Based Multiliteracies and Digital Media Projects’ and ‘Digital Storytelling in Higher Education: International Perspectives’ and is an alum of the Association of Independents in Radio New Voices program.
