Dr. Courtney Plotts is a licensed and certified psychologist who writes and speaks about culturally responsive teaching and community building. Courtney has written two books on Latinx and Black culture and online spaces. She is founder of Neuroculture and the former National Chair of the Council For At-Risk Student Education and Professional Standards, USA. In 2017 the California State Legislature recognised her for a bold commitment to change and education.
