Practice-Based Learning for Graduate Readiness
Event Details
In this webinar, Jack Tims, Head of Careers and Employability at Middlesex University, UK, will share how Practice-Based Learning (PBL) is evolving across the institution through authentic collaboration with employers, industry, and community partners.
The webinar will also look at how Graduate Competencies can be built into reflective assessment in ways that help students better recognise, articulate, and evidence the skills they are developing, strengthening their professional identity and supporting career readiness.
Through practical case studies and reflections on impact, attendees will gain insights into what has worked, what has been learned along the way, and how these approaches help students, staff, and external partners alike.
Participants will leave with adaptable ideas, practical examples, and actionable approaches that can be applied within their own teaching, assessment, and programme design.
This webinar will be recorded. If you're unable to attend the live session, please register anyway to ensure you receive access to the recording afterward.
