Rebecca J. Hogue is a co-founder and co-director of Virtually Connecting. In addition, she is a lecturer at the University of Massachusetts-Boston, USA, teaching in the Masters in Instructional Design program. Her professional background is in instructional design and software quality assurance. She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Distributed Learning, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science. Rebecca lives in Bridgewater Nova Scotia Canada.
