Wheel of Life for Student Self-help
The Wheel of Life provides a snapshot of your wellbeing and the level of satisfaction in your current circumstances.
Students can make their own at the beginning of the semester, choosing their own categories, and make commitments to improve some areas of their lives, revising periodically throughout the semester.
Minimal. Explain the concept and how to use the tool to students.
Variable – maybe half an hour independent work.
Students can choose to work together as buddies on it, or discuss it with family members or friends.
None. They can do it on paper.
