Olivia Fleming is Co-Founder of OneHE and its Director of Partnerships. Olivia has worked in higher education for nearly twenty years, initially at the Higher Education Academy, a UK based charity where she led its international growth, before launching OneHE in 2018. She is passionate about supporting the sector in positioning itself as critical to the development of society for social good and OneHE’s purpose is to support educators and higher education institutions to improve student outcomes through effective teaching.
