This ‘Sympathy Vs Empathy As An Online Facilitator’ webinar will be facilitated by Dimitra Kalomallos. Dimitra has been an academic for over 12 years and is currently an adjunct lecturer with Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University, Australia. She has been a HR manager for a not-for-profit organisation and worked as a lecturer across three universities. Dimitra has published in Australian and international research journals and is currently working as a facilitator and learning designer for Curio. She is also a mentor for the Australian Human Resources Institute and a Director on the board of a private school of Melbourne.
